Product documentation · Beta behavior. A documented path is not production acceptance; availability still depends on source health, workspace plan, provider setup, and deployed evidence.
Partners and teaming
A tenant-owned system of record for teaming organizations, explainable opportunity fit, agreements, structured partner ecosystems, and secure pursuit collaboration.
Partner record
Domain
Behavior
Organization
Prime, subcontractor, joint venture, mentor, protege, consultant, or strategic alliance with UEI, CAGE, size, certifications, capabilities, vehicles, agency experience, past performance, geography, ownership, availability, and provenance.
Opportunity engagement
Stores the partner role, lifecycle, server-calculated fit, modeled PWin lift, remaining eligibility gaps, workshare, responsiveness, contribution quality, and outcome.
Agreement
Governs NDAs and teaming agreements with execution status, prime/sub role, revenue share, responsibilities, effective and expiration dates, opportunity, and linked document.
Ecosystem
Models joint ventures, mentor-protege arrangements, and strategic alliances with explicit members, lead, SBA status, vehicle access, opportunity set, contract history, and growth metrics.
Opportunity room
Coordinates partner documents, tasks, milestones, meeting notes, discussions, proposal assignments, and deadlines inside the authenticated tenant boundary.
Archive
Removes a partner from live matching, search, metrics, and new assignments while retaining pursuits, agreements, rooms, contacts, and audit evidence.
Explainable fit
Matching first compares the company profile with an opportunity to identify capability, vehicle, certification, and geography gaps. Every managed partner is then scored across capability coverage, agency and past performance, vehicle access, certifications, geography, relationship strength, availability, and historical delivery. Each factor returns its points, maximum, rationale, and evidence. Modeled PWin lift is shown only when a sufficiently strong partner closes a documented gap; it is labeled as an estimate rather than an observed outcome.
Discovery and connected workflows
Surface
Connection
SAM.gov and SBA
Opportunity NAICS and set-aside requirements drive authoritative entity discovery. SBA profile enrichment adds certifications and capability evidence. Import revalidates the source instead of trusting browser-supplied company data.
Contact Intelligence
Stakeholder links with entity type partner connect partner executives, capture leads, and proposal contacts to the organization profile.
Global Search
Managed profiles, capabilities, certifications, vehicles, agreement responsibilities, room names, and room content are searchable only inside their tenant.
Operations Calendar
Live agreement expirations and open room deadlines appear beside capture tasks, workflow approvals, relationship actions, and procurement events.
Teaming Advisor
Answers gap, vehicle, agency-experience, mentor-protege, posture, and best-fit questions deterministically and returns the records used as evidence.

Behavior
Read
All authenticated workspace roles can read partner records, fit analysis, agreements, ecosystems, rooms, and advisor results.
Operations
Owner, Admin, Growth Leader, and Business Development can manage profiles, engagements, rooms, and room items. Viewer is read-only.
Governance
Only Owner, Admin, and Growth Leader can create, change, or terminate agreements and structured ecosystem relationships.
Version
Partner profiles, agreements, ecosystems, and rooms use optimistic versions. A stale write returns HTTP 409.
Isolation
Every mutable row carries tenant id; all parent, child, contact, document, member, search, and calendar lookups reapply tenant scope.
Audit
Every organization, engagement, agreement, ecosystem, room, and room-item lifecycle event records actor and bounded metadata.
